This is true exception made for the case in which that fulfilment will be impossible, or implies the use of means manifestly excessive as to the protected rights.d)	To object partly or completely to the treating of confidential information that concern you, for valid  reasons, even if irrelevant to the aim of the gathering of data.e)	To object partly or completely to the treating of confidential information, provided with the aim of commercial information or of sending of materials or interactive commercial communication and, to be informed from the person in charge not later than when information are communicated or spread, of the possibility to make use of that right for free.The person in charge, in force of the law 675/96 is the legally responsible person of  TRE CI ITALIA
.The responsible of the treating of confidential information in force of the same standard is  both  with residence at the company's premises.
